The upper floor features universal access for and between a new bedroom, bath & hallway. A modest 900 s.f. 2 bdrm., 1 ba. bungalow becomes an 1800 s.f. 4 bdrm, 3 ba. family friendly home, with Puget Sound and Olympic Mtn. views in a great neighborhood. 2007.
