DMH DESIGN can provide a variety of previously constructed home plans that have been  for a variety of home designs project types, including:

• Single Family Residences: Universal Design, small cabin, small house plans, ramblers, multi story, and multi family, up to 4000 s.f. in size.
• Garages: 2 and 3 car up to 1200 s.f. in size.
• Garages: Featuring upstairs apartments, up to 1400 s.f. in total size
• Shops: for autos, equipment and storage, up to 1400 s.f. in size.
• Backyard Cottages: one and two story, up to 800 s.f. in size.

Unversal Design Plans, Home Plans and Garages will be sold 'as is' for information purposes only, and not for specific use to any specific state, site, jurisdiction, energy or structural code. Depending on the municipality, climate and seismic zones. House plans will vary according to codes specific to that area.  

Plan prices do not include site plans, structural engineering, energy calculations, geo-technical reports, storm water calculations or any permit applications.
DMH DESIGN can coordinate and cause these services to be prepared for projects in the states of WA & ID.
